Our select inventory items include thoughtful details, which may include complimentary gifts or special wrapping, all intended to make your experience truly unique.
Because most of our products are made to order, customized, or non-returnable personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase.

Refunds or Reorders for Damaged/Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within **14 days** of delivery. Simply provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll process a refund or send a replacement.

Note on Refunds:
If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions for next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
