At Illumined Living, we take great care in delivering your order with love and attention to detail. Whether your products are printed and shipped by our trusted partners or shipped directly from our home office, we want your experience to be as smooth as possible. Here’s what you can expect:


Print-on-Demand Items
Most of our products are made to order and shipped by our printing partners. These items are made specifically for you when you place your order, so please allow extra time for production and shipping.

  • Processing Time:  Typically 1-7 business days to create your item, depending on the product.

  • Shipping Time: After production, shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Carriers:  We use a variety of carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, depending on your location and the nature of the item.


Items Shipped from Our Office
For the products we ship directly from our home office, we aim to process and ship your order promptly.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Time:  Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, but expedited options are available at checkout.

  • Shipping Carriers:  Items are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note that delays may occur due to production schedules, holidays, or unforeseen shipping issues, but we are committed to keeping you informed if there are any significant changes.


Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be presented with available shipping options and their corresponding prices before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but that option is coming very soon!  If you would like to ship overseas, please do contact us and we may be able to assist.   Please also subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when this option becomes available in the shop.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. If you haven’t received tracking information within a few days of your order being placed, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Delays & Issues
While we strive for the smoothest shipping experience possible, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather-related disruptions. If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
